At BACU, we believe that Professional development and Faculty/Staff Training is relevant at all stages of their career, and is not (necessarily) remedial.

We encourage all faculty members to propose, participate and engage in Teaching & Learning Workshops conducted in the college.
-
Workshops and courses are also a great way to meet people and create networks across campus, which in turn can further their professional development!

At Least two (1-2 days) workshops are conducted per semester and faculty members receive certificates.
-
Other Training/Professional Development are also conducted by external consultants on emerging topics and needs.
